Each initiative developed under Aegis Impact carries its own identity, story and aesthetic expression – yet shares a common philosophy of protection and responsibility. yet, impact without viability does not endure. We believe stewardship must be economically sound to be credible.

Smarter & Green Cities – CE Green City Organisation
Since 2017 CE Green Cities has developed a water retention panel (TRL 8), Rubberized Pavement (TRL 9) and is developing various new products such as reflection panels, sound barriers, flooring systems and water storage systems (TRL 3-7)from recycled rubber and plastics. It has developed a Climate (Carbon +) Credit program with a top 10 tier engineering company. It cooperates with various environmental responsible upcycling companies developing new products such as new roofing and lead from recycled PVB, insulation and building blocks from myceliium, high lambda value wall insulation from aerogel, 3D concrete printing without cement, domotica for real estate.

Safe Harbour
Safe Harbour-Anchored In care is a purpose-built, ship inspired maritime social infrastructure and hospitality development in Mombasa designed to serve sefarers, martime workers, port-limked communities , and daily Mombasa and coasta region visistors. The project combines short-stay accomodation within Kenya’s first tropical botanical garden, wellness & psychosocial support, hospitality & conference facilities and recreational and community spaces. Aligned without Kenya Vision 2030 Infrastructure &tourism and Blue Ecocomy Strategy.
Murimi
inspired by the mountain landscapes of mount Kenya and the Mountain Healer Murimi and the dragon Murathy a ritual system, grounded in earth, wood and botanical ancient tradition and wisdom, was developed for daily protection.
Anahit
Inspired by the Armenian Goddes Anahit, the healing dog Aralez and the dragon Vishap a ritual expression of light, ceramic and steel craftmanship was initiated for refined protection.
AlignA
One of the founders suffering backpain for years and entrepreneur in hook&loop fastening materials inspired us to develop a chair agnostic neck-back feedback system to gently align our posture.
Our Production Model
It combines inclusive craftsmanship with certified technical manufacturing. This dual structure allows us to preserve human value while maintaining the highest safety standards.
The Human Layer
We collaborate with inclusive production partners, including women-led workshops, youth production skill initiatives, inclusive social workplaces and skilled artisan groups. The partnerships contribute to wood and ceramic body production, finishes and assembly, production of botanical blends into cones, granulates or incense, packaging preparation.
The Technical Layer
Electric and ignation components require precision, compliance and proven safety standards. For these elements, we partner with experienced industrial manufacturers who meet international certification. This applies to: rechargeable heating systems, battery modules, ignition components and temperature and smoke regulation systems. All technical elements are developed in accordance with applicable safety and compliance standards to ensure responsible , secure and safe use.
